Raheel believes that all SMEs must have these basics and assists with: Compliance, Strategy, Sustainability Model, Operational Models and QMS. Raheel is responsible for Excolo’s Marketing and Finance functions
Elize Niemand: COO & ESD Management Partner
Elize is committed to being part of SME growth as an Entrepreneur herself. Elize has gained valuable experience in the ESD space through employment and is committed to applying this experience at Excolo. She always manages to create long-term relationship through her philosophy of ‘client first’. This applies to all stakeholders in the ESD programme. Further, Elize understands the challenges faced by both Corporate Procurement and SME supplier. Elize is responsible for Excolo’s Operational function.
Patrick Motaung: CBDO & B-BBEE Management Partner
Patrick is well established as a B-BBEE expert through his years of practice and insights into a space that requires proper translation. Excolo’s clients benefit from Patrick’s sector codes knowledge and can be assured that B-BBEE strategy design are both reasonable and achievable. Being an entrepreneur himself, Patrick understands the challenges faced by businesses moving from EME to QSE to GE. Patrick is responsible for Excolo’s Business Development function
